Cancellations

All pre-orders and in stock orders are eligible for a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as they have not already shipped.

To cancel an order, please email allykelechidesigns@gmail.com with 'your order number/cancel order' in the subject line. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, no exceptions.
